A clearer view of busy times at [Business name]

Hi [First name],

I noticed [specific observation about their venue or trading hours]. Do you currently have a reliable way to compare footfall across the week, or see whether a promotion brings more people through the door?

We're exploring MOOVAZ Insights for physical businesses with suitable security cameras. The plan is to turn permitted video into aggregated footfall trends to support staffing and promotion decisions.

The focus is on counts and patterns, not identifying people, with no facial recognition by default. Camera suitability, privacy requirements and a specialist UK privacy review would need to be addressed before any pilot.

Would you be open to a 15-minute conversation about the decisions better footfall information could help you make at [Business name]?

Insights — Team notes & prompt library

Working notes for the MOOVAZ Insights product. Developers, marketing and sales: add, refine and reuse the prompts below. Keep prompts copy-paste ready.

Developer prompts

  • Draft the privacy architecture: anonymous people counting aggregated on-device, minimal retention, no facial recognition by default.
  • Design the camera connection layer for common CCTV systems plus a fallback on-site device.
  • Build the AI question-and-answer layer over aggregated footfall data ("When do I need more staff?") with weekly recommendations.

Marketing prompts

  • Write the privacy-first trust page: insights, not identities — signage, retention and data processing commitments.
  • Draft the "see whether your campaign brought people through the door" case-study template linking Acquire spend to in-store visits.
  • Create pilot recruitment copy for shops, cafés, gyms and restaurants already on MOOVAZ.

Sales prompts

  • Write the pilot pitch: small paid pilot with a handful of venues, what they get, what we learn.
  • Draft objection responses for "is this legal with my CCTV?" and "my customers will feel watched".
  • Write a pricing conversation guide for a per-location monthly fee validated in the pilot.
